All assessments which are digital downloads or for parent coaching or business consulting will ask for an email in order to send you orders, information, and correspondence electronically. 

The email address used to deliver client reports is indicated by you on the online or hard copy assessment form or in the client intake packet for parent coaching services. This information is kept digitally on a secure server as well as in hard copy form under lock and key for print forms. Digital copies of completed assessments and client reports are kept on a secure server. After 2 years, all original files, both digital and hard copy, of all documents connected to your purchase will be destroyed.
